In just the last 100 years in this country, we have seen the rapid decline of health and increase in chronic illness. Most experts agree and evidence continues to mount linking chronic diseases including mental and behavioral problems with modern food. The last generation believed that we were liberated from the kitchen, but today we see that the modern diet does not support health. Much nutritional advice today falsely promotes the consumption of processed foods and warns us not to eat our ancestral foods – foods provided by nature.
